​For first time customers we suggest an Initial (Deep) Clean.  A Deep Cleaning is more like a spring cleaning or consider it a “catch up” cleaning.  To be effective before the regular /maintenance cleaning of your home or office, there are a variety of first time tasks that will some require extra time and effort. 
We never think of it as “old” dirt or “new” dirt but there is a big difference between them.   If we don’t get rid of the old dirt, removing new dirt will not give you the healthy level of clean.  Our motto when cleaning a house is top to bottom left to right.  That way we can ensure we touch every surface!

Initial (Deep) Cleaning ​

Deep Clean items are cleaned by hand with emphasis on detail and elimination of soil build up.  ​

Items/area we clean during a Initial (Deep) Clean:

• Hand wipe all wall hangings (within reach of step ladder)
• Wipe light switches, outlets & doorknobs
• Wipe countertops and backsplashes 
• Scrub, rinse & dry all sinks 
• Clean mirrors & glass surfaces
• Scrub, rinse & dry bathtub & shower 
• Clean & sanitize toilet
• Hand wipe light fixtures
• Waste baskets (emptied/relined)
• Tidy Beds
• Stairs (vacuumed or wood is washed by hand)
• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
• Cobwebs removed

• Dust ​Ceiling fan blades (within reach)
• Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed/ within reach)
• Blinds (vacuumed or wiped w/micro fiber *additional cost*)
• Spray & wipe moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges
• Baseboards (hand washed / wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
• Hand wipe pictures & around knick-knacks
• Clean all interior windows within reach
• Outside of counter appliances cleaned
• Clean stove top
• Clean outside & top of the fridge (if reachable)
• Clean inside & outside of microwave
• Wipe entire cabinet fronts / top (if cabinets don't go to the ceiling)

Maintenance Cleaning

Maintenance cleanings are completed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed.
